Data collected
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name and company, email address, main need and message. The form sends this information to us by email through our email service provider (Brevo).
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Laboratoires POMEGA team. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Experts from our network may be informed of your request only with your prior agreement.
Retention
Data relating to a request that does not lead to an engagement is kept for a maximum of three years after our last contact. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@pomega-lab.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
